How to convert HEIC to PNG

1. Upload your HEIC file

   Click the upload area or drag a HEIC image. Files are read locally before conversion.

2. Convert

   Press the Convert button. Sharp decodes the HEIC and outputs a lossless PNG. No quality setting is exposed — PNG compression is always lossless.

3. Download the PNG

   Click Download to save the .png file. PNG preserves every pixel exactly, including any transparency from the source.

4. When to use PNG

   PNG is ideal for screenshots, logos, diagrams, and any image where sharpness and transparent backgrounds matter. It produces larger files than JPEG for photos, so use JPEG or WebP there instead.
