How to draft a starter Terms-of-Service for a small site

1. Enter site identity

   "Site name" and "Contact email" appear in the header and dispute-resolution sections. If you have a legal entity name use it — "the operator" needs a real identity for terms to be enforceable.

2. Press Run

   Result returns a single `markdown` field with sections for acceptance, account rules, prohibited use, intellectual property, termination, disclaimers, governing law, and contact. H2 headings, paste-ready for Markdown sites.

3. What's stock and what to customise

   Boilerplate is generic. Customise: which behaviour is prohibited, what your IP policy is (user content licensing matters), jurisdiction in the governing-law clause, and the termination triggers that match your actual product.
